Product School Workshop

The structured conversation is a lightweight framework that guides the product partners as they learn about the prod­uct’s possibilities and decide what to deliver. You explore op­tions for all 7 Product Dimensions. As you evaluate the ben­efits and risks of each product option, you use the partners’ value considerations to identify high-value options. You also confirm the partners’ understanding of the options.

Nataliya Nazar is Director of the Business Analysis Office (BAO), CCBA. She is a certified professional with more than 7 years of experience in IT.

Volodymyr Koval is is Competence Manager of Business Analysis Office, CSPO. He has over 10 years’ experience in the financial domain, and 6 years working as a Business Analyst, of which 4 years were in IT.
