The forum of development and support of social initiatives "Tugan Yak/Native land" is an open platform for a tripartite dialogue between society, business and government to develop public initiatives and implement joint social projects aimed at rebranding and sustainable development of the Kama-ustyinsky district

The main idea is to develop and support initiatives of NGOS, social entrepreneurs and public figures operating in the Kama-ustyinsky district of Tatarstan.

The main problem is the underdevelopment of the non-profit sector in rural areas of the Kamsko-ustyinsky district, as a result of which the territory ceases to be attractive for living and there is a critical decline in the population.

Our solution is to carry out stimulating activities for society, business and government, to form a sustainable development of the territory of the Kamsko-Ustinsky district, by supporting rural initiatives, increasing social activity of the population and strengthening the role of NGOs in solving local problems.

The main CA of the project are teams of NGOS, social entrepreneurs and initiative residents of the district.

There are also additional CA - partners for NGOS from among volunteers, district administration, entrepreneurs and investors, with whom we will help to build relationships.

The program of the forum is structured in such a way as to contribute to the further transformation of local and private social initiatives into professional social projects that will contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development of the district. When organizing the forum, we use 3 of our own ready-made tools:

1. Accelerator of social ideas.

The goal is to develop social initiatives and solutions aimed at the organization of sustainable development of the Kamsko-ustyinsky district.

2. Online platform of intelligent volunteers and a single community expert community for NGO "Business Advisor - Olivia".

The purpose - Practical assistance and consulting support in the development of social initiatives for the development of territories, quality experts and intellectual volunteers.

3. Search of partnerships for NGOs and CSR Business.

The goal is to Assist in finding connections in corporate circles and attracting partner resources for project implementation.

As a result of the Fund's activities, it is expected to increase:

- number of socially active citizens and volunteers;

- number of NGOs with legal entity status;

- number of public actions and events held in the district;

- quantity and quality improvement of social services provided to the population of NGOs;

- the volume of charitable activities in the area.

The forum is aimed at creating a dialogue between business and government, to which NGOs with their strong civil positions and activity should be involved. Through the elaboration of joint social projects and public initiatives, all parties will benefit, which will give not only a tangible economic but also social effect. The use of the potential and energy possessed by social structures will ensure the further active development of the social, political and economic spheres of the Kamsko-ustyinsky district.
