-IT costs. Vocabulary bank: Talking about Money.
Product research. Indirect questions (asking polite questions).
Making recommendations.
Enterprise social media. Describing current changes.
Video conferencing. vocabulary on video conferencing.
E-commerce. Training users.
Unit 4.
-Requirement analysis. Modal verbs - should, have to, must (obligation, giving advice).
-Website design and architecture. Passive voice Vs active voice.
-Software development. Language usage: make and cause.
-Project management. Phrases on “Schedules” (be due to, is about to….) Business matters.
-IT solutions. Investigations. Perfect tenses.
-Diagnosis. Modals of speculation and deduction (must, can’t).
