The 21st century is the century of the brain. Applied neuroscience is a fast growing field that helps managers and businesses to make decisions and take actions on brain-based rules that govern human behavior. Neuroscience helped increase our understanding of many aspects of human behavior, like leadership, motivation, decision making, etc. In short, it helped us to understand how people (within organizations) relate to each other and of course how people react to change.

Based on neuroscience and behavioral science, the lecture targets to uncover ways to boost managers' leadership capabilities and prepare them in adjusting their behavior for challenging business environments.
