The purpose of this session is to get your acquainted with different estimation techniques with focus on Agile methodologies. You will have the chance to learn and refresh your understanding in activities estimates, what is better to estimate in man hours or story points, how quickly qualify if the client suits your portfolio and work with different types of reserve. At the same time there will be Q&A session where you can discuss your questions
