Design thinking. What is it? And why is it important for startups?

An unquestionable fact: startups move fast. You create, test, and (often) fail even before you figure things out — learning by doing.

And sometimes you may not know your problem yet. For instance, you're just starting out, you may have difficulty fully articulating your startup solution. Or you may know that you have points of friction somewhere, but can’t fully identify them.
Here comes design thinking methodology — when you need to identify something you can’t verbalize. It’s a step-by-step methodology that helps you identify your problem and come up with numerous creative solutions. It’s perfect for quickly and iteratively identifying how to solve problems.
