Different people have different needs.
If you are interested only in some topics, you can choose one or two days to come.
On Thursday (11 April) there will be an intro to the Agile and the basics of it. This day will be more theoretical – perfect for newcomers to Agile.
On Friday (12 April) we will talk about metrics and tools in Agile. If you have some experience with Agile in general – it is your day to come and learn more.
On Saturday (13 April) there will be blood – Kaizen events and as many practical knowledge as possible.

Thursday (11 April):
Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean. Hands-on specific tools like free PM software (Asana, Trello, Wrike, etc.) Planning, estimations, and time management. Estimations analysis. Why is estimation important for Agile development? Better time estimation and management skills; recognition of bottlenecks, understanding the value of eliminating bottlenecks; WIP limit role.
Friday (12 April):
Practice developing basic agile metrics helpful for projects management. WIP. How PMBOK process groups are relevant to Agile development? How PM tools like Critical path might help? Process and integration focus for keeping a big picture in mind. Learn basic visualization tools for Kaizen events. Communications in Agile software development environment. Kanban boards. Retrospectives. Making requests and following up on your requests. Reporting to supervisors, top management, investors, use communication templates for reports and Standard Operating Procedures; improve presentations skills.
Saturday (13 April):
Teamwork and managing difficult team situations. Give feedback to peers in a tactful encouraging manner, improve teamwork skills dealing with difficult situations on an agile team. Practice networking techniques, understand communications ethics, etiquette, and expectations management. Be prepared to participate and possibly lead Kaizen events. User stories for scope management. Negotiating when and how to accept change requests: give them a pickle. Why it is important to have perspectives.
